Main Responsibilities:
A. Interco customers with SM-CI Nantong
Main Responsibilities:
Manage order process: from order coming till goods shipped out successfully.
1. Reply to customers enquiry
2. Delivery time confirmation with internal and customer.
3. Order information entry into ERP system
4. Communicate with related internal Depts. for order execution timely.
5. System Maintenance, data updated.
6. Weekly shipment notice to customers for shipment approval.
7. Notice related depts. for shipment preparation
8. Provide completed custom clearance documents and invoice to customers.
9. Handle after-sale service; pass customers complaint or other issues to related depts. for problem solving.
10. Timely communicate with customer and internal for order modification to reduce potential loss.
11. Submit weekly and monthly sales report and on-time delivery report.etc.
B. Customers trading with SICAME HONGKONG
1. Communicate with suppliers for order execution.
2. Order register and update in system.
3. Notify QC dept. for quality inspection.
4. Shipment notice to customer.
5. Contact forwarder for shipping space booking.
6. Consolidate packing list from different suppliers and provide completed custom clearance documents and invoice to customers.
7. Handle after-sale service; pass customers complaint or other issues to related depts. for problem solving.
8. System information update.

Oversee Customers/After sales/ Product Dept. / QA dept. / Import & Export Dept. / Warehouse / Supplier
Qualification and skills
1. Proficient in English and Mandarin,
2. Good at MS office
3. ERP system operation experience
4. Good communication and coordination skills
5. High sense of responsibility and pro-active working attitude.
6. Be able to work independently under high stress.
7. Good experience in a trading office and manufacture company.
