POSITION SUMMARY : （职 务 概 述）
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED: （ 主 要 工 作 内 容、 岗 位 职 责）
1. Perform product design per company products development roadmap.
2. Responsible for on time/qualified output of concept,3D,2D drawings, and other documents such as DFMEA, Design Checklist, Analysis report, to do list, lesson learned report etc
3. Weekly or bi-weekly meeting with project team to discuss design concept, change in progress, design frozen...all tech related activities!
4. Work with (project leader) to work out design time plan and keep on time update and to meet each milestone is principle
5. Responsible for current product improvement and modification until full implementation,
6. Technical support to manufacturing in process and product testing,
7. Prepare concept design for project cost estimation,
8. Carry out preliminary test and make proposal to improve design.

- Degree in mechanical engineering or related.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工 作 经 验 和 所 需 知 识
- Good experience with Electric power fitting will be a plus
-3+ years experience in the research and development,
- Good command of communication skill in both English and Mandarin,
- Proficiently using AutoCAD, Pro/E,UG,
