（注：本职位2014年在上海嘉定，2015年将随工厂搬迁到江苏南通）

Job Responsibilities:

-        按照生产计划的要求负责组织生产相关的人员的配备和培训，执行生产任务及按时交付；

-        According to production plan, prepare related man power and training, organize and follow up the production and on time delivery;

-        负责职责范围内新生产工艺的执行和维护，组织相关人员进行工艺的持续改进和新生项目爬坡阶段相关的问题分析和解决；

-        Responsible for the new process monitor and maintain, organize the related engineers to continuous

improve and new project ramp up stage problems root cause searching and analysis and solving;

-        负责组织实施和改进生产过程的质量、成本、交付、安全、管理的目标；

-        Lead team to reach and improve QCDSM indicators;

-        负责生产过程标准化作业的实施和改进；

-         In charge of Company standard and SWI application and improvement;

-        负责本区域的精益生产方法的实施和持续改进工作；

-        Carry out the lean production and constantly improving work;

-        完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜；

-        Finish other works assigned by leader;

Job Requirements:

-        三年以上制造现场相关工作经验；

-        Over 3 years in relevant industry;

-        有较强的组织协调能力和问题分析解决能力；

-        Strong ability to organize or coordinate and problem solving skill;

-        能熟练运用鱼骨图，8D，SPC等质量管理工具；

-        Good at tools of quality management such as fishbone，8D，SPC;

-        掌握精益生产的理念和方法；

-        Good at lean production system and methods;

-        英语说写流利；熟练使用MSOFFICE。

-        Good English speaking and writing; good at MS OFFICE.
