Position: Project Manager (Automobile Parts Industry)

Educational Background: Bachelor degree and above, major in mechanics / engineering

Requirements

1. 8 years+ in manufacturing, logistics or quality management;

2. Being familiar with ISO/TS****** as well as project management;

3. Successful experience on product development or improvement

4. Excellent team coaching and leading skill;

5. Excellent English both in verbal and written.

Responsibilities

1. Leading project team to achieve target

2. Being responsible for performance appraisal & improvement, career development of team members

3. Coordinating cross-functional members in project team (incl. manufacturing, quality & logistics)

4. Organizing and allocating resources

5. Ensuring team members follow APDS as required

6. Carrying out continuous improvements
